I'm listening to Eric Burdon Declares "War," by Eric Burdon and War, released sometime around April or May of 1970. There's an ad for it in an April issue of Rolling Stone.
I've also been listening to Open, by The Blues Image, released sometime in April 1970, according to the All Music Guide.
